Renata Steggles, having worked for a medium sized practice in Norwich, decided to open her practice with the aim of offering clients a professional personal conveyancing service. It seemed to her that the public benefit and appreciate a more personal service when moving home, which can be a very stressful time for them, with other factors to consider, such as accommodating their work and family requirements. Whilst working in a larger practice she had seen work done on a ‘conveyer-belt’ basis, with clients experiencing difficulty in speaking to the actual fee earner handling or overseeing their work, and actually getting past an answer phone message to speak to someone. This would leave the client feeling frustrated and unsure, and hoping they would be fortunate enough to get a return call.
Renata’s practice offers a more personal service. She personally goes through all the documentation, and her service is more individually tailored. Furthermore fees are transparent and very competitive for what is a more comprehensive service. Clients feel their affairs are being handled with attention, and feel comfortable popping into the office to drop off correspondence, deeds etc. Client car parking is available to facilitate this.
Special care is taken with first time buyers who need additional guidance as they enter the property market, and time is taken to discuss with them any Trust Deed requirements should one party contribute substantially more to a purchase than the other. The clients best interests are considered at all times.
As well as specialising in freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing, Renata also undertakes some commercial work involving new Leases for offices, shops and the purchase of indistrial units and business premises.
Additionally the practice undertakes the preparation of Wills.
The practice has a client base of both local clients, clients who reside in other parts of the Country, Ireland and Europe.
